Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that keep PhotoStrip Studio, its templates and client-facing links safe and useful for legitimate businesses.
1. Purpose
This policy applies to all use of PhotoStrip Studio, including public Design features, accounts, uploads, exports, templates, APIs, feedback and shareable client links. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. Lawful and authorised use

- Comply with intellectual-property, privacy, consumer, anti-spam, sanctions and export laws that apply to you.
3. Prohibited content
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory or rights-infringing content.
- Content that exploits or sexualises children, promotes abuse, or contains non-consensual intimate material.
- Malware, malicious scripts, credential theft, phishing or material intended to compromise a person or system.
- Content that unlawfully discriminates, threatens violence, harasses or exposes private information.
- Government identifiers, payment-card data, health records or other highly sensitive information not reasonably needed for the service.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Probe, scan, defeat, bypass or interfere with authentication, permissions, rate limits, storage limits or security controls.
- Access another account, project or client link without authorisation.
- Use bots, scraping or automated requests that impose unreasonable load or copy the service or catalogue.

- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or publish PhotoStrip Studio templates or source packages.
- Misrepresent affiliation, approvals, vendor compatibility or ownership of PhotoStrip Studio materials.
5. Public links
Do not post a client link publicly unless the affected customer and client understand the exposure. Do not use links for secrets or highly sensitive information. You must revoke links that are no longer needed or may have been disclosed unintentionally. Attempts to enumerate, guess, harvest or interfere with links are prohibited.
6. Resource use
Use storage, rendering, email and download resources reasonably and within displayed limits. You must not create duplicate accounts to evade limits or use the service as general file hosting, an email relay, a template redistribution network or unrelated computing infrastructure.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate credible reports and preserve relevant evidence. Depending on risk and severity, we may remove content, revoke a link, limit a feature, suspend an account or terminate access. We will usually provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a remediable issue, but may act immediately to prevent harm, comply with law or protect the service.
8. Reporting
Report suspected misuse, exposed links or security issues to hello@photostripstudio.com. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it.
